1. Be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;

2. Infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy, unless the Customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs, to publish and advertise the business on the Customer's website or on the Site4Business website.

3. Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

4. Be defamatory, trade libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

5. Be obscene or contain child pornography;

6. Contain affiliate links, MFA sites, link farms, Black Hat sites, sites with no quality content, sites no content at all or be domain parking websites.

7. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information

8. Shall not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under these terms and conditions.

9. Sites written in languages other than English are accepted, however the business listing must be written in English only.

10. Misleading business listings where the sole purpose is to increase search engine traffic would not be included.
