Dalmec manipulator combines a balancing arm with a gripping tool which is usually a „tailor made” tool, designed according to the customer’s product.The tool can be designed to hold the product by means of: fixed standard or shaped hooks, by vacuum suction cups or by magnet.
The arm holding the tool can be of rigid type or cable type according to the application.
The arm can be positioned on a colum on the floor, can be on a fixed flange from above or can be connected to an overhead trolley system to be moved over a large area.
The pneumatic piston of the arm which controls the up and down movement of the load, is controlled by a special automatic relay valve and actually balances the weight of the product.
