By submitting information to, or accessing information from, the Service, You, the end user customer ("Customer") Agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to our Site and Agreement at any time without notice to you. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not submit information to, or access information from, the Service.

Company requires that each registered user maintain a valid email address and a password, which shall be utilized for logging on to the Site4Business system. You agree to respond to inquiries to your ad in a timely fashion and to immediately delete the ad from our database in the event the content described in the ad is no longer available. You, as a member, also agree not to share your individual logon information with others. Company has the right to refuse service to any member that refuses to abide by the terms and conditions herein or abuses their rights related to the Site4Business service.

Company utilizes email as a vital and primary communication channel with customers. As a registered user, Customers hereby acknowledge and grant Company the permission to communicate with customers via email (as well as other communication channels such as phone and fax). For any purposes Company determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. Company will use best efforts to honour Customer's request to opt out of marketing messages, but under no circumstances will Company have any liability for sending any email to its registered users/customers.

Submission and Administration of Listings

Information provided to Site4business.com shall not:

1. Be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;

Infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy, unless the Customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs, to publish and advertise the business on the Customer's website or on the Site4Business website.

3. Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

4. Be defamatory, trade libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

5. Be obscene or contain child pornography;

6. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information

7. Shall not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under these terms and conditions.

Customer should maintain the accuracy of the provided information at all times. The Company reserves, in a manner consistent with reasonable commercial business practices, the right to remove all or any part of the Businesses posted on the Customer's website or on the Site4Business website. The Company accepts no responsibility for checking the accuracy of reports or data files submitted by the Customer. The Site Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The use of our Site and the Site Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time.

Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay for all products ordered through the Site4Business web site using the payment method indicated and provides Company express authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider. Site4business.com will charge you in British Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars, or Euros, depending on the service and your country of residence. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If PayPal or 2checkout.com, our third party payment processors, are unable to process payment from your card, we may temporary suspend your subscription and advertisement(s) until you resubmit your payment with a valid details. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.

The fees paid for weekly and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the week or month.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. The membership will be deactivated at the end of the current billing term. The Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. The Company will provide timely notice to the affected Customers of any such changes.

Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam)

Company prohibits the use of our system or its tools to generate or send unsolicited commercial email or spam (such as flooding advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations). Customers may not use the email services that Company offers to send spam (i.e. unsolicited commercial email) or otherwise send content that would violate these Terms and Conditions. Company has the right to revoke the privileges of any customer or company that breaches these terms.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Site4business.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
